This book is intended as an introduction to the legal issues of public construction law. Construction law exams are a popular subject in public law examinations, especially in legal state exams. This is not least because public construction law offers a way to establish connections to other areas of administrative law as part of special administrative law. Additionally, a procedural framework is common, which also tests knowledge of administrative procedural law. Due to the abstraction of a textbook, students and trainees often find it difficult to locate the learned issues in the exam where they truly belong. Therefore, this book does not pursue an abstract, case-independent approach, but instead presents the typical variants of construction law exams through case studies.
