This script aims to provide the reader (and of course the female reader as well) with the opportunity to review and improve their foundational knowledge of labor law through concrete cases. The target audience includes both law students and students of business, social sciences, and engineering. Efforts have been made to address all exam-relevant topics at least once. Those labor law issues that typically pose particular difficulties for students are treated multiple times in various forms. These variations also serve to sensitize the reader to analyze the facts carefully and not to apply a standard solution to a case where the standard problem does not actually arise. The case solutions are focused on the essentials; they consistently follow the case law and prevailing opinions.
