The content is oriented towards the requirements demanded in the core area. Meanwhile, European law is gaining increasing importance in the mandatory subjects as well. Some of the cases discussed here have already been part of the written examination in a similar form. The formulated solutions are intended as suggestions; often, other interpretations are also quite justifiable.
