This is not how Chief Inspector Luise Wiese envisioned her vacation. While cycling in the morning, she discovers the seated corpse of a man in a roadside ditch. But who is he, and who brought him here after his death? The local police ask Luise for assistance. Uninvited, her twin sister and aspiring crime writer Xenia also gets involved. She not only provides crucial insights for the identification but also presents several suspects who had good reasons to hate the victim. In the humorous back-and-forth between the twin sisters, not only is the case gradually solved, but a vivid picture of life in St. Peter-Ording also emerges.
