School is rarely considered from the children's perspective. The societal pressure to perform does not stop at schools. Success is defined by meeting the prescribed requirements. The focus is increasingly directed towards measurable achievements. However, people are not machines. To navigate difficult situations and challenges in life, it is essential to foster the resilience of children and adolescents. This includes optimism, a tolerance for mistakes, solution-oriented thinking, personal responsibility, self-efficacy, and social skills.
