In 1927, Freud used the term "Junktim" to describe the intersection of "healing" and "research" in psychoanalysis. No other science is so defined by this connection between theory and practice. This Freudian approach was later taken to the extreme by Jacques Lacan, who spoke of a "knowledge in the real," which also characterizes the effective aspect of psychoanalytic treatment. The division that states that psychotherapies should heal while research should be conducted at universities shapes public and political consciousness and also forces psychoanalysis to take positions. The new series "Junktim" is linked to the idea of countering the stagnation resulting from this division with the movement of a meeting. Issue #1 addresses a third aspect: the payment for the expected "healing.".
