On the way from a curriculum-differentiated and assessment-oriented training culture to an individualized and concern-oriented education culture, a format has been developed with training coaching in the education of teachers, in which they increasingly shape their path of pedagogical professionalization independently and self-directed. This represents a transfer of systemic-constructivist research approaches from adult education into training practice. This volume first presents the essential foundations and principles of training coaching, followed by descriptions of specific work settings and procedures.
