The existence and forms of children's sexuality remain an extremely controversial topic to this day. From the perspectives of education and social science, childhood research, and psychoanalysis, the volume examines in the first part the respective conceptualizations of children's sexuality or gaps in the various discourses and discusses the question of what role sexuality plays in the psychological and social development of the child. In the second part, it explores the consequences this has for educational and learning processes.
