Organization, management, and decision-making should be understood as separate subsystems with their own dynamics, contrary to conventional belief. This leads not only to problems but also to opportunities and solutions. If this separation were finally recognized in practice, it would be a first step towards solving the issues that management faces with organization and vice versa.
