Community is everywhere. Between individuals in groups, fruitful cooperation and exchange always take place. Is the ability to form a community taken for granted, or does it need to be specifically encouraged? Such questions must be posed by schools and they should also be able to provide answers. Therefore, aspiring teachers should be introduced to methods and backgrounds for implementing such questions in their teaching during their training. This way, they can work together with parents to utilize the important personality-forming phase in children's lives to promote their ability to engage in community.
