The workbooks Part A and Part B (shrink-wrapped together) are part of the primer. They enable children to work independently. Reading, writing, swinging, painting, and gluing are all included. An integrative preparatory course simplifies the entry into literacy acquisition and also serves to assess the initial learning situation. The included Karibu learning software supports the work with the Karibu primer and the Karibu workbook. The CD-ROM is divided into five areas: In the preparatory course area, exercises on language rhythm and phonological awareness facilitate the entry into literacy acquisition. These tasks can be specifically used as support or as initial exercises to familiarize with the CD-ROM.
