Product details

With Stefan Gemmel and illustrator Marie-José Sacré, we once again venture into the Tohuwabohu forest to meet the very large and exceedingly friendly dragon Bodo. He is still indulging in his favorite pastimes: watching butterflies fly, picking flowers, singing songs, or dancing. One morning, Bodo encounters a little rabbit who gives him a piece of his mind: "Is that how a dragon behaves?" asks the rabbit. A dragon should roar loudly and scare the other animals with his enormous noise. The little rabbit knows much better than Bodo what is appropriate for a dragon—and what is not. At first, Bodo is quite subdued, but then he practices roaring with the rabbit and how to be a dark, scary dragon. However, he doesn't feel quite comfortable doing that. When the rabbit finally explains why he so desperately wants a frightening dragon, Bodo understands.
