The international expert jury appointed by the board of the association 100 Beste Plakate e.V. will come together again in February 2018 to select groundbreaking designs in the fields of corporate design, advertising, author graphics, and poster design from the submissions of the annually held competition. This will honor the creative excellence of established institutions, design agencies, advertising firms, as well as students from all German-speaking universities and design faculties in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. At the same time, it will showcase the diversity of a medium that has managed to withstand increasing digitalization, whether as a poster in public spaces or as a visual message closely related to fine art. As a continuation of the competition in printed form, Yearbook 17 will feature the award-winning poster designs. The design of the publication is the responsibility of the association.
