Harry Neumann is found murdered at a construction site for the expansion of the A7 in Hamburg-Stellingen. But who sent the man to the afterlife and why? At least the construction manager had a motive, as Neumann was actively opposing the construction measures. Or do the residents of the neighboring refugee camp have something to do with the murder? Perhaps even one of the nearby allotment gardeners? Commissioner Nielsen and his team follow every lead and often encounter hatred and resistance in their investigations.
