The school of today is called upon to respond to societal changes and to place the individual circumstances and needs of our students at the center of educational work. Along with this, a strengths-oriented and appreciative communication between children, parents, and teachers is an important element in meeting these demands. The present guide for implementing parent-teacher-student conferences aims to provide practical support and inspiration for teachers in primary schools and lower secondary schools, allowing for school-autonomously developed conversations where all involved parties are given a voice and allowed to participate.
