Product details

Dynamic mechanical analysis is used to investigate the temperature-dependent, anisotropic viscoelastic stiffness, damage-induced stiffness degradation, and physical aging of polypropylene and the extruded long fiber reinforced polypropylene. Based on micro-computed tomography data, the approximation of linear elastic properties using the Mori-Tanaka method is presented. Dynamic mechanical analysis is also used to study the temperature-dependent, anisotropic viscoelastic stiffness, damage-induced stiffness degradation, and physical aging of polypropylene and the anisotropic compression molded long fiber reinforced polypropylene. The approximations of the linear elastic properties using the Mori-Tanaka method are based on micro-computer tomography data.
