Product details

In this work, various methods for the production of high-density peptide arrays have been developed. Lasers are used to structure specific microparticles with amino acids. The particles are either heated and melted (combinatorial laser fusing) or transferred to another substrate via a shock wave (combinatorial laser transfer). This results in arrays with up to 1 million spots per cm², while the number of chemical coupling steps remains minimal.
