It serves as an introduction to case handling in International and European Tax Law, providing not only substantive legal solutions but also methodological guidance. In addition to instructions on the specifics of cross-border situations, five foundational cases and 16 exam cases with detailed model solutions offer an overview of how to approach frequently encountered case constellations in exams.
