Integrative Moved Trauma Therapy (IBT) is a gentle trauma therapy method that views body and movement as resources for processing and integrating complex traumas. Trauma survivors often lose their inner orientation due to experiences of violence, leading to fragmented memories and various psychological and physical symptoms, as well as chronic relationship problems.
