Cambridge English Empower is a general adult course that combines course content from Cambridge University Press with validated assessments from Cambridge English Language Assessment. The Student's Book for the Pre-Intermediate level immediately gives learners a sense of purpose and clear learning objectives. It provides essential grammar and vocabulary inputs, as well as a mix of different skills. The speaking sessions offer a unique combination of functional language, pronunciation, and conversation skills, complemented by videos recorded in real-world settings. Each unit concludes with a consolidation of the unit's core language and focuses on writing in the context of a highly communicative mixed-skills lesson. This version of the Student's Book does not provide access to the videos, the assessment package, and the online workbook. A version with full access is available separately.
