Franke, Dietmar Dath, and others. It also highlights the favorite themes of future novels, such as the journey into space, futuristic machines, technological discoveries, atomic disasters, and the replacement of humans by robots or aliens, along with their transformations. Additionally, it sketches out notable upheavals: from utopian thought to a culture of technology after World War I, from the national model of the future novel to the international genre in the 1960s under Anglo-American influence, and from technological progress to alternative worlds at the end of the 20th century.
