We carry within us a source of wisdom - the quantum intelligence of body, mind, and soul - from which we can draw as soon as we know how to access it. Until now, we have been fixated on scientifically outdated concepts. We perceive all our deficits, crises, problems, and illnesses as reality. However, we determine how we think and feel about the stories and events in our environment. At every moment, we have the power to create well-being and thus shape the next moment of our existence positively. Through the immediate perception of healing, the chronic stress of survival mode gives way to our inner growth mode. Thanks to easily understandable steps, we learn to perceive pure information in situations that affect us unpleasantly or burden us painfully, allowing it to guide us into the realm of wholeness and healing.
