Movement songs for participation promote social competence. The project-oriented ideas in this book support the social skills of children in kindergarten and elementary school. The lyrics and design suggestions for the songs build self-confidence and strengthen personality. The goal is to playfully encourage children to discover their own strengths and support them in exercising their right to self-determination, enabling them to present themselves more confidently in encounters with bullying and violence. The musician and children's songwriter Larissa Schories was awarded the national children's song prize in 2010 for her contemporary music for children. Her winning song "Menschenkinder" is also included in this project. 36 pages, with audio CD.
