The well-established commentary will be published in a new edition in 2017. The proven concept of an interdisciplinary approach to the subject from previous editions will be retained. The new edition takes into account the changes to the Federal Nature Conservation Act, differing regulations of state nature conservation law, as well as the case law and literature that have emerged since the second edition. There will be a more in-depth treatment of environmental damage law. A commentary on the Environmental Remedy Act will be newly included.
