The now available 4th edition of the established commentary on the Baden-Württemberg Fire Service Act comments on the newly introduced regulations for securing personnel and improving the efficiency of the fire service, resulting from the amendment of the Fire Service Act on December 17, 2015, as well as other new regulations to adapt the law to practical requirements. On this occasion, the work has been brought up to date by the experienced author team, and the case law has been incorporated up to July 2016. The commentary provides fire services, their sponsors, and all other entities involved in fire service matters with practical assistance on all questions related to the Fire Service Act.
