Introducing evidence-based innovations in nursing and gerontological practice settings is a complex challenge. Particularly in the German-speaking world, this topic has been little explored scientifically so far. This book provides, for the first time in German, a comprehensive overview of concepts, theories, and empirical findings from international implementation research. The findings are discussed in the context of nursing and gerontology and are supported by numerous implementation examples from both disciplines.
