Developing inclusive schools - how does it work? This volume defines minimum requirements that must be considered in school development with the goal of inclusion and explains practical objectives and strategies for implementation: from clarifying structural prerequisites, building regional educational landscapes, to designing inclusive teaching and process-oriented diagnostics, as well as addressing issues of institutional transitions, concepts for training and further education, and counseling. Additionally, proven school development tools are presented and explained. With contributions from renowned authors in integration and inclusion research, guidelines for the development of inclusive schools are provided.
