However, a focused and professional exchange during challenging situations is essential for maintaining consistent care quality and healthy employees. A systematic method of mutual support is collegial consultation. Developed by the Section for Consulting, Informing, and Training (BIS) of the German Society for Nursing Science (DGP), you will find the necessary tools for the introduction and implementation of this consultation method as a professional caregiver, care manager, or nursing educator.
