The supranational state aid law of the EU represents an independent legal regime that the funding policy measures of the member states and associated third countries must adhere to. This book addresses state aid law in six sections at the level of the WTO, the agreements of the EU with third parties, the primary and secondary law of the EU, as well as at the German legal level.
