Municipal law is part of the mandatory curriculum for both state examinations in law. Therefore, this textbook covers the field of law in its entirety. It provides access to municipal legal issues while simultaneously conveying the knowledge required in legal education. The discussion not only addresses the cross-border similarities of municipal law but also the specific details of the respective state laws.
