Guido Hölker presents a fundamentally new approach to the ethics of personnel management. The focus is on the ongoing process of creating a shared normative understanding of moral leadership. The systematic context for this is identified as communication in a broader sense. This not only forms the basis of a new leadership ethics theory but also serves as an explicitly pragmatically oriented heuristic for leaders and daily leadership actions, particularly concerning Generation Y and intercultural issues.
