Tension fields and conflicts influence the productivity of companies and organizations as well as their social structures. Dealing with conflicts is therefore part of the business activities in sales and within sales organizations. This book examines the functional cycle of conflict engagement for sustainable development in sales – an important question, as the way tensions and conflicts are handled, or their escalation, is shaped by personal and social competencies and awareness-building for group dynamics processes. Possible conflict interventions are presented, and preventive measures are defined. The conflict is viewed not only as a danger but also as an opportunity for development.
