Verena Briese examines how a conference for practice instructors can be designed to have a positive effect on the cooperation between learning locations. She outlines the current framework conditions in the dual education system and discusses field-oriented (cooperative learning location) circumstances in nursing education. The educational scientific legitimacy is based on nursing didactic insights. A conceptual focus is the modification of the Darmann-Finck heuristic. In nine construction steps, the author presents a systematic overall process for the practice instructor conference. An exemplary representation illustrates the process flow. The concept contributes to the collaboration of vocational educators in nursing education.
