Philosophizing follows the human need to understand and explain the world. It often involves questions that do not have clear answers. Philosophizing with children as a teaching principle addresses children's questions and opens up methodological possibilities for observation, wonder, and reflection as a means of exploring the world. The areas of art and language, which are the focus of this volume, provide numerous points of connection for philosophizing with children. This volume brings together contributions from two conferences that deal with theoretical and didactic questions related to philosophizing with children in various learning environments.
