The world is changing, and so is art. What is the next art? Which themes will be important in the future? What forms, methods, procedures, and practices will prevail? What implications does this have for thinking about education and the transmission of the next art? Volume 2 of the series "What's Next?" is a reader. It gathers essays, interviews, theses, manifestos, and quotes that address the possibilities of linking art and education in schools, museums, and other venues, following the first volume "What's Next? Art After the Crisis." The contributions partially reference texts from the first volume, the book as a whole, or parallel developments and observations. As in the first volume, the contributions have been compiled with an eye on the international discourse and global context.
