She addresses two questions: To what extent, in what form, and where does corruption occur in municipal administrations? What individual and contextual factors influence whether employees of municipal administrations behave corruptly or not? Central to her research is an empirical mixed-methods study conducted from 2014 to 2016. The work addresses relevant scientific research gaps and highlights starting points for effective anti-corruption strategies.
