The Polish credit security instruments and their examination regarding their practicality are the subject of this work. Special attention has been paid to the enforceability and costs of the respective credit security instruments to provide real added value for the reader. Through intensive literature research and interviews with several renowned professors from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, a wealth of practical information has been incorporated into the study. The reader will gain an initial overview of the practical handling of credit security instruments in Poland and their advantages and disadvantages. The study shows which credit security instruments are sensible and compatible in which situations, making it a valuable source of information for companies and their advisors who are active in or wish to enter the Polish market.
