The writer and illustrator Pierre Dupuis illustrated the history of World War II in eleven large picture volumes, which garnered strong interest in many European countries. "The History of World War II" was originally published in the 1970s in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, England, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. "World War II in Pictures" has never been published in its entirety in Germany. Now, all stories will be released for the first time in three complete volumes in chronological order.
