In this book, the authors develop foundational concepts for the systematic investigation of funding programs in cultural education. The focus is on the program "Cultural Agents for Creative Schools," which is analyzed against the backdrop of the organizational theory of neo-institutionalism, using both qualitative and quantitative empirical methods. The research interest primarily centered on whether and how the program could contribute to the establishment of collaborations between schools and cultural institutions.
