Product details
F.W. Bernstein (born 1938), illustrator, caricaturist, cartoonist, painter, poet, and playwright, is considered one of the main representatives of the so-called "New Frankfurt School," which also includes Robert Gernhardt and F.K. Waechter. The foundation of his incredibly diverse art and vast body of work is the "Bernstein Law of the Three Great Gs of Caricature: Gritik, Gomik, and Graphik," named after him; from this, he developed his own artistic universe, where pure nonsense coexists on equal terms with profound philosophy and masterful technique alongside limitless experimentation.
