The current 27th edition includes the most important regulations of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen. In addition to numerous other updates, the collection takes into account changes to the Bremen Constitution, the Bremen Civil Servants Act, the State Equal Opportunities Act, as well as the comprehensive amendment of the Bremen State Building Code and the introduction of a so-called referral law to replace the Bremen Administrative Procedure Act. Newly included is the Bremen Law on the Jurisdiction of Administrative Courts for Search Orders under the Residence Act. The collection is suitable for study, legal clerkship, and practice alike and is approved in Bremen for the First State Examination in Law.
