Elke Borkowski is known as one of the most successful garden photographers in Europe, thanks to her sensitive photos featured in numerous books, calendars, and magazines both domestically and internationally. Her eye for the special moment was honed through training as a photographer and photo lab technician, as well as a degree in artistically oriented photo design. Her atmospheric photographs convey a deep love for plants and her passion for gardening. Stefanie Syren studied landscape architecture at the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan and subsequently completed an editorial internship at various garden and home magazines. She then worked for several years as an editor at gardening magazines such as Garden Style and Traumgärten before becoming a freelance journalist in 2010. Since then, she has been writing articles and books on topics related to gardening, plants, living, and decorating.
