Exploring "Easy Language" from an interdisciplinary and international perspective is both the aim and objective of this volume. Theoretical and empirical approaches to researching "Easy Language," as well as possibilities for practical implementation in various application fields, are equally addressed. The authors examine issues related to promoting participation for disadvantaged target groups and discuss how an appropriate adaptation of language use can be achieved in different areas of life.
