The constructive handling of conflicts and violence has become a core theme in youth educational work. The guide, now in its third revised edition, provides teachers, social educators, caregivers, and parents with a detailed overview of currently prevalent concepts and methods, such as social competence training, experiential educational activities, role-playing, anti-bullying strategies, intercultural competence acquisition, mediation, and anti-aggression training.
