This book was created to simplify the internship work for the following safety professionals, also known as FASI or SIFA, regarding LEK2. While the content is addressed during the in-person phases and in the self-study units with support from a BG mentor, a possible format for the internship work remains open. We, the authors, have spent several hours researching such templates and would like to provide this work to all other SIFAs in training. Although all internship reports are anonymized, they have passed their practical test with at least a "good" rating. Thus, you are holding the ideal template work in your hands to get an idea of what a proper internship report for LEK2 can look like. Of course, you should not adopt these internship reports verbatim, but the form and structure are already half the battle, which means you won’t have to think about that part anymore.
