Sudoku is the well-known puzzle fun with numbers. However, in word Sudoku, the fields are filled with whole words instead of numbers. The relevant spelling rules are provided alongside. With a total of 84 different word Sudokus, students practice 28 spelling peculiarities and rules of the German language. The difficulty level and the number of words can be chosen freely (easy 4 x 4 grid, medium 6 x 6 grid, hard 9 x 9 grid). To solve the Sudokus correctly, children must repeatedly read a peculiar starting sentence, say it quietly, and write it in the Sudoku boxes. Additionally, they must decipher a solution that usually consists of several sentences. The letter Sudoku is suitable for elementary school, secondary education in support lessons, in free work, weekly planning, and station work.
