Why a script on attorney fee law? Until now, there has largely been a lack of a script in this legal area that presents the examination material for the bar exam comprehensively, yet concisely. This gap is filled by the present script. The classic texts on this subject take up too much time to be useful for exam preparation. Even relevant works, such as attorney fee schedules, provide reliable information about current fee rates and certain notes on questions of doubt, but they cannot replace a systematic presentation. This script, created by two long-time practitioners, is the first script on the topic of fee law published by a renowned publisher. It provides an overview of the areas of fee law and serves as a resource.
