There are the artists who despair yet cannot escape, a school class that reunites after 34 years and confronts a death, and finally, one person bids farewell to their parents and travels over seven mountains to their beloved. "Behind the Seven Mountains" is a fine, alert, warm-hearted, and profound homage to a region that most know only as a conglomerate.
