Experiential educational activities particularly promote social learning in children and adolescents. They support creativity, willingness to cooperate, and motivation. Therefore, they have long been a meaningful addition to traditional sports in physical education. However, the success of experiential sports teaching largely depends on the selection of content and methods. In this book, Michael Bieligk exclusively presents game and exercise forms that have been tested and proven over many years in school and club sports, which require minimal organizational and material effort. There is a conscious avoidance of daring, risky large equipment stations that cannot be integrated into regular physical education classes due to time constraints.
