Product details
Alfred Edmund Brehm (1829 - 1884), a German zoologist and writer, became synonymous with highly successful popular scientific zoological literature through his book titled "Brehm's Animal Life." The third volume of the second section presented here continues the exploration of birds through numerous descriptions and illustrations, bringing us closer to wading birds, short-winged birds, stilts, billfish, sea flyers, paddlers, and divers. This is a reprint of the second edition from 1879.
